The Parcelforce depot is very conveniently situated less than a mile from the city centre, over in Britannia Park. If you have booked ahead of time with us and received the courier label to attach to your parcel, you can take it to the depot and have it shipped to its destination. This service is open to both domestic and international shipments. If you cannot make it out to the depot, then you could use one of forty-one Post Office branches in the city centre and beyond. This includes the Centre Mall and the branches on Crescent Road, Victoria Road and Port Clarence Road. You can also use the facilities at North Ormesby, Grove Hill, Acklam, Norton, Billingham, Stockton on Tees, Thornaby, Ormesby, Normanby, Eston, Rimswell and Yarm. The full list of local Post Offices will be available within the booking process.
You can also select DPD as your courier and drop your parcel off at any of the three drop-off points in proximity to the town centre. These include D&M at 130 Borough Road, the Cumberland Road newsagents or the Lifestyle Express store at 345 Linthorpe Road. Further out, you can take your parcel to the Halfords store in South Bank or another Lifestyle Express shop on Cargo Fleet Lane.
For other international services such as our own and DHL then the courier can only be arranged to collect the parcel from you.
