As Hemel Hempstead is a town located on at the junction of the M1 and M25 and with the A41 heading north west passing by to the south you wouldn't be surprised that the area is particularly well served with courier depots. Parcelforce has a location to the east on the outskirts of Hatfield and Welwyn Garden City, respectively. If you work in St. Albans then you should easily be able to visit these depots either before or after work - if the A414 is clear. Most customers, however, do book the couriers to collect their parcels from their place of work or home though. This can be easily done, in fact in less than five minutes by using the yellow link at the top of this page.
By booking online you will find a wider range of services in one place than trying to call all the couriers individually. Also you can compare prices at your leisure by looking at the cost savings between each courier and then deciding which speed of service you would like or if you would like to drop your parcels off at either a depot or a Post Office.
This Post Office service is available to customers who have selected an international Parcelforce service and will be shown on the results page. When you select this option you will be given a list of suitable branches which you can take your parcel to. Beforehand you should have received a label to attach to your parcel. This will allow the counter staff to process your parcel and relate to the tracking details.

Price, service, delivery, all good! First time used, and was easy enough, given a time for my large parcel to be collected, which it was, . Tracking was good, and the parcel was delivered as they guaranteed it would be. No problems, will use again if need to.
