When customers book to have a parcel sent in Tewkesbury by far the most select the option which requests a courier to collect their parcels from them - and this should be fairly understandable given that the nearest depots available are located to the south of Gloucester in Quedgeley. For those customers that work in Gloucester and don't mind shooting past the city on the M5 and then up the A38 for a handful of miles to drop in to the depots then this isn't so much of an issue. Good website and choice of carriers, sent two parcels one arrived next day but the other took 36 hours longer, disappointed with the carrier (DPD), no comms for the parcel that arrived on time but a message re the one that arrived late. Not cheap to use but convenient and both parcels ultimately arrived.
