If you would like to send your parcel via Parcelforce then you can drop your parcel off at their depot which is alongside the A12 and on Sheepcote which can be found by driving along Windsford Way which is the first left off the northbound exit slip road roundabout - opposite the Aston Barclay car auction building.
For international deliveries you can use the DHL and our own collection service or the Parcelforce drop off at Post Option which allows you to book your parcel online and drop-of at the counter of any of the Post Offices in the area. You will have to attach your parcel and the counter staff will know how to process it and will then give you a receipt. If you commute to Brentwood, Basildon, Southend-on-Sea, Braintree or any other location with a Post Office you can also use those locations if it is more convenient.

What I really appreciated is not having to enter customs codes for each item that other companies require when posting to Europe post Brexit. I just needed to state that these were personal items and avoid the lengthy admin. My parcel was held up by customs for about a week before being released. I didn’t have any hassle or duty to pay. I would strongly recommend Parcel Monkey for sending parcels to Europe.
