Virtually all of our customers book a courier to collect their parcel from their home address or place of work. Whilst we understand that for many that may not always be an option for people that aren't able to, or don't have anyone available to wait in, or even, for people who work at companies that don't allow their staff to arrange personal collections, for these customers we have teamed up with a number of couriers to allow them to drop their parcels off at a courier depot. The closest to St. Austell is the Parcelforce depot at Bodmin which is only about half an hour away up either the A390 or A391 - depending on which side you live on. This depot has extended opening hours so you can either travel up before or after the rush hour or visit on a Saturday morning.
If you cannot make it to the Parcelforce depot then you can, for international deliveries drop your pre-paid (via Parcel Monkey) parcel off at one of eighteen Post Office branches within five miles of St. Austell. These include the ones on High Cross Street and in Trewoon, Holmbush, Polgooth, Penwithick, Foxhole, Pentewan, Biscovey, St Blazey, Bugle, Par and St Stephen.

Perfect collection and delivery
Delivery was fast and cheaper than e.g. Royal Mail. First pick up time was missed though because the driver came earlier than announced. Rearrangement was easy though but the additional wait was in my case a bit inconvenient.
