Excellent . Will use again .
Easy to use sensible internet agent for ordering a courier service of choice. Either a collection or drop-off by several couriers all available online with simple step by step user friendly method of ordering. The service drops a star because of problems I have encountered when the chosen courier uses its small print Ts & Cs to avoid paying out on a misdirected or late delivery.Granted this is not Parcelmonkeys fault but they should be firmer with couriers that renege on a contractual obligation. Otherwise very pleased and have used them for a couple of years now.
Fantastic service - reliable, fast and straight forward
Providing the delivery goes smoothly then Parcelmonkey gives an excellent service..however...should the delivery encounter snags due to damage then Parcelmonkey are not as easy to deal with as they should be...so that is why the rating is a guarded 4 star...their public relations and customer service department are difficult to deal with and require endless amounts of photographic and other evidence in support of a claim. The delivery form is simplicity itself and the webpage easy to use but beware of courier damage!
When everything goes well...delivery on time no damage...then Parcelmonkey is excellent value for money. However any claim is subjected to wriggle & dispute. All claims are completed by e mail therefore there is no speech contact with an actual person...and if you have not packed to the letter of the guidance notes say for example by Parcelforce the claim will be disputed and it will take a lot of correspondence and photographic proof before a claim is settled. This hasnt stopped me using them but its been a close thing.
booked for a parcel to be collected from me and delivered to Scotland. stayed in all day on the Fri, the day they were supposed to collect parcel, heard nothing from them and no one turned up to collect. contacted live chat to let them know and asked if it could be collected after 2.30pm on the Monday as would be out till them, couldnt guarantee it so pick up was then re-arranged for the Tues. DHL turned up around 4pm on the Monday to collect parcel, then they turned up again on the Tuesday to collect the same parcel.
