The only winge I have is that I didnt see the £1000 limit, and spent about 3 days trying to input my order only to have it disappear completely without explanation, at least 5 times. Finally I tried inputting it on MS Edge and that told me about the ceiling. Getting the customs forms printed was another nightmare, but nothing to do with ParcelMonkey. Ive no idea when the customer will receive his parcels, but I hope they will arrive soon.

Ordered from UK to Netherlands on 28th January and today is 9th February, still didn’t receive the parcel. Very disappointed about their service. Can’t even say when I will receive my parcel?
Three parcels sent all good, sent a parcel which according to their office staff has been lost as they couldn’t see it anywhere in their system apart from when it was collected, then I tried tracking it again and it magically appeared in customs in Holland, that’s where it’s been for several days despite being on Parcel Force express delivery. On a separate note their prices are great when it works smoothly, golf clubs delivered from U.K. to Amsterdam in three days last year.
