Had to send a package to Canary Islands and after filling out all the info on a rivals site...quoting lesser charge... was suddenly advised a surcharge of £15 due to address being "remote". No such extras on Parcel Monkey...and the company who collected and processed delivery would have charged me more to book direct with them. Excellent service and will be happy to use again.
