The booking process was fine the pick up driver polite and helpfull, have not recived notification from recipient yet but seems fine.

Not very happy did not collect the parcel twice on 2 different days when emailed Parcel monkey told me they had run out of time to collect

Our Response: Not sure what you mean as the item in question shows as being collected on Friday 24th and delivered the next working day which was Tuesday 28th due to the Bank Holiday.
it says you can track your delivery - but every time you try it just says this information is not available

Sort out the tracking on the site so it works... Other wise night fright were fine

The DX service appears to be taking 3 working days not 1-2 as advertised
