We work with some of the biggest and most reliable couriers on the market including DPD, Parcelforce, DHL, City Sprint and more all of whom provide secure courier services.
The security of our clients when it comes to the ordering process and their private information after they have booked are of primary importance to us. As well as your parcels while they are en route to the delivery address are of the utmost importance to us. We have very strict procedures in place to protect your personal information including not discussing customer orders outside of our secure account system. But also we only use the most reputable courier services actually to conduct the parcel delivery for you.
This means that when your parcel is collected the courier should offer you their credentials, so you are guaranteed that it is being received by a bonafide courier. Furthermore, the couriers have been given training in keeping your parcels secure in transit, if they are kept overnight, they're again stored securely and upon delivery the parcel will have to be signed for.
On ordering, we also ask for additional information in case a delivery to the correct address is not possible and with DPD you can make the most of their App which allows you to dictate where the goods will be delivered to, whether that be your chosen 'secure' location, a neighbour, a local Pick Up shop or even for them to come back another time when you are around to accept delivery.
Parcelforce have the latest in scanning technology to monitor the parcel from collection to delivery as well.
It is always best to keep your parcels close by your side. Don't leave goods outside waiting to be collected, more often than not the courier will not pick these up if you aren't around to hand them over. Likewise have parcels delivered to your place of work rather than your home address if they are of high value. Book a fully tracked delivery service via our quote engine that can be signed for, left in a safe place or left with a neighbour.
Always ensure your item is not prohibited, goods sent that are prohibited means our claims team won't be in a position to help you out in the unlikely event a parcel goes missing.
