Mothercare is happy to refund or exchange goods as long as they are returned within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item is in its original state, unused and in the original packaging. You are required to provide proof of purchase as well in order to obtain a refund.
There are some items that are restricted and not accepted for return such as toiletries, food, opened mattresses.

All returns must be returned back with the delivery note that came with your order. Any postage cost will not be refunded.
