Despite being a former colony of the United Kingdom in 1964, becoming a republic in 1974 only 1.3% of the population are British - 95.3% being Maltese. Another fact that many people may not be aware of is that Malta is a member of the European Union having joined in 2004 and signing up to the Lisbon Treaty in 2007. As such, there are no extra barriers to trade within the EU and hence there are no non-regular import regulations that one should be aware of if you're looking to send a parcel to Malta. However, for future reference, you may have issues sending dish antennas, cordless and mobile phones and air band receivers or transmitters if you intend to import them from outside of the EU.
Great service. Easy to use and excellent value.
Good price, easy to use and everything worked well.... thank you!
Excellent service - cannot fault it
Excellent. Higly recomended. No any delay.
Truly impressed with the service! I have used parcel monkey twice now. First in the UK and the other to send a package to Malta. I was shocked that the delivery to Malta only took less than 5 days. I would recommend this company to anyone.
I would definitely use them again. Great service.
Fourth time I have used Parcel Monkey, always have had good experience with them. Assistance from Parcel Monkey staff on this occasion was very good, prompt and helpful. Issue relates to courier as parcel should have been delivered within 4 days and did not arrive until 9 days later. 1 box also appear to have been handled very roughly. I would reccomend Parcel Monkey but disappointed with delay of delivery.
I am very disappointed that my 2 parcels were not delivered on Friday 2nd February which was the delivery date stated by Parcelforce. Both parcels are being delivered to Malta and as of Friday 2nd the Parcelforce web site said that they were in Malta but when I telephoned Parcelforce on 2nd they told me that both parcels were still in Germany and had been since Wednesday 31st and were still there. I am very unhappy and no one at Parcelforce can tell me when they will reach my son in Malta.
