As the Republic of Lithuania is a member of the European Union, there are no general import restrictions into the country from within the EU. However, from outside of the EU they have restrictions and prohibitions such as credit cards, graphite products, jewellery, passports (unless sent officially using the diplomatic processes), political materials and psychotherapy substances.
If you have any questions relating to the importation rules for Lithuania we suggest you visit the Lithuanian Finance Ministry website (if you use Google Chrome you can easily translate this website).
Generally for a one day delivery from the date of collection DHL Air Express would cost £37.64 but for DHL Road Express it would take about four days and cost marginally less at £36.04 which we feel is excellent value given that Vilnius is over 1,300 miles from London. For that price, we can also deliver to Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Panevėžys, Alytus and all other cities, towns and villages within the country.
As we understand that many customers are arranging couriers as individuals than companies, we have to create a number of services that allow you to book your parcels in for delivery but where you would actually take them to a drop-off point. These locations are often open late so should give you sufficient time to pack your parcel in the evening and take it to one of these facilities.

Why they did not provide any information about strikes that are happening in Britain? Ive sent a parcel through parcel monkey, which then came to parcel forces care 11 days ago. 11 days ago they collected my parcel, and 9 days ago it has been exported from UK. How on earth it takes half a month yo deliver something to Lithuania? They promised 4-6 delivery days, and parcel force said I would get it before christmas. I dont think I will...
Collected on time was ment to be delivered in 4 to 5 days posted it on 16th of December its now 28th of december and still not received it
Parcel Monkey has a decent interface and basically just functions as you would expect. Almost always cheaper than going direct and definitely faster.
Excellent service as usual!
First rate service.
Parcel that I sent to my family was wrapped and packed properly and insured. State of box that reached my family home after international shipping was surprising. I know box is 21kg, but still - we all required have some standards at work. Box reached like being kicked and smashed around, resealed by someone with white tape and huge hole on the side. Some parts of shipment clearly got lost or been taken out. Shipment was insured, sadly in this case no one wants to take any responsibility. There is no item you can deliver on DPD or Parcel monkey service that would comply with requirements. Even chocolate is on prohibited item list. Anything you send its on the prohibited item list by some random coincidence. So you cant claim from insurance cant claim from insurance even you paid for parceld insurance. Thats not something normal...
Great and fast
