Collection of two out three parcels went ok on emailing regarding third parcel it was collected within the hour so for me this was excellent service.
After placing my order with parcelmonkey and after reading the complaints I was not actually expecting the delivery to arrive on schedule if at all from UK to Kazakhstan. I attempted to cancel the order (and change the pickup point) as suggested in the help pages but this option to actually cancel the order was not available. I would use the service again if there was a clear mechanism to have a real conversation with someone at Parcel Monkey to get progress updates else I will only use for low value non important items.
