Guadeloupe is located just above Dominica and just below Montserrat. Guadeloupe has a population of 400,000 and is an overseas region of France. The national language that is spoken in Guadeloupe is French. We see a steady stream of parcels sent from the UK, due to our cheap express delivery services.
Here are some examples of prices to send a parcel to Guadeloupe. We have many options, so for a personalised quote please enter the weight of your item into the quote box below.
The weather in Guadeloupe is nearly always warm which creates an ideal location for any potential holidaymakers. In particular French nationals, who visit the country regularly. The economy in Guadeloupe deepens on tourism and agriculture as the nation is the richest. The sale of grown produce plays a big part with the majority of residents growing their own crops and selling their own produce.
It is expected that parcels being sent to Guadeloupe would take from two to four full days from when they are collected to the time they are received at their destination.
The price you pay will depend on which level of service you require and the dimensions of your parcel. A light parcel may cost anywhere from £32 with our own hybrid express service Parcel Monkey Air Express which takes 3-5 working days.
You would need to pay around £65 for the premium service from DHL Air Express, which ensures delivery in 2-4 days.
The currency used in Guadeloupe is the Euro, as they are a part of France. However, when sending to Guadeloupe, please select this as the island name from the drop-down list and not France, as we have seen on the odd occasion attempted by customers which could result in the delay or return of the delivery - as you can imagine it does cost more to post to the Caribbean than it does across the Channel!
Customs Documents are required when posting to Guadeloupe, so please complete these in the Parcel Monkey booking process and attach them securely to the outside of the box. You should also ensure that a working local contact number is given in case Customs or the Courier needs to make contact with the recipient.
Should you have any questions regarding sending parcels to the island we suggest you contact the local representative:

Great service
Great service
Parcel was collected on time and transported to France in decent time and subsequently to Guadeloupe where it has now been in a sorting office (presumably) for 5 days. My daughters birthday present and some desperately needed belongings have therefore been sat apparently out for delivery on a van that doesnt know the island very well!
Excellent price
Very good carrier. The only one to deliver in guadeloupe for a good price. A+++

Parcel picked and delivered next day, all for a good price and excellent service. Deffo using again
Very pleased with the service. Driver on collection was very helpful.
Surprisingly, sending my parcel to Australia was £20 cheaper using Royal Mail via Parcel Monkey. Completing the form at home was simple, printed off, stuck on the parcel, taken to the Post Office, and the parcel was received within the week. Excellent service, and wont ever go to a Post Office again to send a parcel directly, I will just go to Parcel Monkey.
Excellent as usual!
