The overall experience was good. The only minor gripe is the link to local shops with label printing facilities does not work. My parcel was left at an external locker at a petrol station and arrived at its destination without issue. I know labelled address is not essential but Id have been happier with the peace of mind it offers.

Last collection from drop off point with DPD was 14.00 Otherwise all good. I struggled with the booking form though - the address detail boxes didnt always accept my input and wanted a different input. Not straightforward for me.
