Albania, officially known as the Republic of Albania, is a located in Southeastern Europe and is home to just shy of 3 million people. Many of the parcels we help send there and bound for the capital city, Tirana as the countries economic and commercial centre. It is bordered by other popular shipping destinations such as Montenegro, Greece, Macedonia and Kosovo, so the prices to this region are all fairly similar and when you book in your parcel with us, you can rest assured it will be fully tracked and sent via a reliable courier.
Here are some examples of prices to send a parcel to Albania. We have many options, so for a personalised quote please enter the weight of your item into the quote box below.

Delivery by Air in 2-3 days.

Delivery in 1-2 days.
Depending on where in Albania your parcel is addressed to, it can be shipped in as little as 1-2 days via DHL Air Express. This is of course to major locations with good transport links, whereas somewhere a little more remote may take an extra day.
If you are looking for an economical way to ship goods to Albania, then we also offer our own Air Express service which will get your parcel delivered in 2-3 working days whilst costing a lot less than the DHL service. It is still full tracked to delivery and handled by premium couriers.
Internet shopping is still in its infancy in Albania with the majority of people paying for goods in cash, however with Vodaphone as one of the four mobile phone companies in use there, an active push is underway for mobile payments. If you are considering carrying out some marketing in this region, then Facebook is the way to go to target this market.
Many Albanians also work overseas across Europe, so it may be that personal goods or gifts are being sent back to their homeland, so Parcel Monkey can help make this process easier.
Albania may geographically be located in Southern Europe, but they haven't managed yet to be accepted into the European Union, and hence there are some import restrictions. It has been recommended for a European membership.
One of these is open to interpretation: goods "jeopardising the protection of the public order and social society". Others include the usual firearms, ammunition and drugs.
We do advise that you visit the Albanian Customs Authority website for the latest information regarding current limits and regulations. You can also contact the Directorate General of Customs, Rr.Durresi at "Laprake", TIRANE or on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Excellent , quick and easy :)
Amazingly cheap. Thats the first thing. Thats great! However the two-day delivery time was not honoured at all. I recently sent four packages. One arrived in two days. Two took three days and one took four days. I did not mark the packages fragile (I assumed that a 30kg package wasnt likely to get thrown very far) but it was clear they got tossed about a fair bit. Although quite tightly packed, the contents had moved around a lot. Some CDs and cases were cracked or broken and a small coffee table leg got a bit broken too. Ive used them before, all in all Ive sent six packages and theyve all arrived eventually with nothing missing. Id highly recommend for non-time-critical deliveries of items unlikely to break (great for gradually moving a record collection from UK to Germany!). Extremely cheap!
This was easy to use with lots of choice on the courier type of service needed and speed of delivery. I requested a signature as needed proof of delivery and this has been provided on both occasions I have used the service. Happy to recommend.
They were very fast and careful with my parcel. I believe parcel monkey has the cheapest prices for larger parcel in the UK. I only use parcel force through them, due to being disabled and my printer plays me up every so often. I just wrote the name on it and I know they have the label to stick over it. And 24 hours door to door is the fastest service as well. Wish they did smaller parcels too. I would use them then for all my parcels.
Excellent as always, thank you.
