Sent glass so was not insured. Despite being marked fragile the Items arrived in so many pieces you could not recognise what they were. Nice

Great service - the only thing you could do to improve it would be to allocate two-hour collection "slots" so I don't have to wait all day!

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
