Booking interface is clunky. I got double charged and took 5-10 minutes to work out how to print label. Pickup and delivery was smooth tho.

You can track a parcel direct from the 'my account' area, unless it's a DHL Road shipment - you can track those on the DHL website using the receipt given to you by the driver.

I think the service is first class, the booking could be easier (quicker/less typing) though the reponse is good but would like to speak

Our Response: Thank you for the helpful comments. We'll be updating our booking process this week to make things quicker. We continue to investigate options for telephone support, but it's not possible to operate a telephone call centre and keep our prices so low too.
A contact telephone number, also if sending more than one parcel the same size a way of not having to enter the dimensions each time again.
