FRAUD! Do not purchase their service!! I paid £230 for shipping my suitcases to be delivered abroad in 5 days. Parcelforce came to pick up but then i never heard back. I started to chase, parcel monkey never gave me any information. They kept telling that they are waiting for an update. I emailed to parcelforce myself to find out my luggages. They were held in their depot and could not be exported somehow. So they returned my luggages after 15 days of purchasing the service. PARCELMONKEY DID NOTHING! ALTHOUGH I GOT THE LUGGAGES BACK, THEY STILL DIDN’T REFUND MY MONEY. I KEEP RECEIVING THE SAME RESPONSE, THEY ARE STILL WAITING FOR AN UPDATE! This is ridiculous, their service and communication is the WORST! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

I regret choosing the UPS option- the drop-off information is incomplete, drop-off times and days wrong on UPS site. It cost me 20 miles of extra travelling to get to an operational drop-off location. The actual delivery was timely.

Fairly easy to navigate and find options for sending the parcel. Ended up twice the initial amount because I took out the insurance cover as the item being returned was £300 - didnt want to risk it. Probably not necessary. Parcelforce collected from home which I needed: it was very heavy. They collected on the specified day but no tracking to confirm they were coming or specify a time slot, meaning it was necessary to wait in all day. Parcel delivered promptly.

Very professional experience compared to other compare parcel websites I’ve used in the past, able to immediately get the label and a next day pick up to USA and arrived when it stated it would.

This is my 3rd time using this service to send a parcel abroad. I get the best prices and it makes it very easy to just enter information and send the parcel off. Recommend and will use again.

Booked a parcel (a rolled up rug) to a customer as usual using this company. This time, I got an email a week later to say that they are charging extra (almost the same amount as the price paid initially) as we’ve either under-weighed or under-measured the parcel. I am used to sending items so I can confidently say that I have measured/weighed correctly (I always weigh & measure parcels several times) I have a feeling it’s due to the measurements and the rolled up rug may have been squashed in transit thereby it’s become slightly wider than what I initially measured. I am appalled if this is the case. What a way to treat a customer.

Probably my fault as I thought you provided a pick-up service and when I realised the package needed to be delivered into a branch it was rejected because it was a few days after the forms were completed. I felt, incorrectly, that as payment had been made an element of flexibility was possible. So I now have to try again but this time I will use the GPO.

THE MOST ATTROCIOUS SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!! I booked a collection 2 weeks ago from an address in Cornwall for a small but important parcel for delivery to my home address. The parcel was never collected and has been rebooked by PM 4 times, each time with a guarantee and each time a new label had to be printed and emailed to the collectiion address, luckily the people there have been very patient. Spending hours on live chat without any explanation, apology or concern from the advisers there. Today I have cancelled PM and booked very straightforwardly via Parcel Force (and where this driver will also take his own labels!!). I would NEVER use PM again and would warn prospective customers to do the same. To add insult to injury - my refund could take up to 5 days - but on past experience with them who knows it could take weeks !!! If I could give a zero rating I would have!

Everything was great, except the fact that when they got at the destination, someone notified me that there was noone there to receive the items (which was impossible as I knew my brothe was there, waiting).
Meanwhile, my brother had (already) texted me that he had in fact received the parcels. I was worried for a while, but since my brother said it was ok, then it was ok. Apparently, someone pushed/ticked the wrong choice on their device. It may happen and its not the end of the world, but it needs a bit of attention, because someone else might have freaked out.
Anyway, great service overall, will use again.
