Useful information for sending a parcel to Turkey

Turkey began negotiating their inclusion into the European Union in 2005, but so far hasn't been admitted, therefore there are some import restrictions to be aware of when looking to send a parcel into the country.

It is unlikely that any of our customers would be sending carpets into or out of Turkey, but there restrictions may still be in place and you should seek clarification before you arrange collection.

There also may be duties payable for the importation of televisions, radio equipment and satellite receivers.

Restrictions include the spawn of silk work, soil, leaf, straw, various games machines, items with false labelling, and some dye-materials.
