It wasn’t very easy at the start of filling the form. The parcel was going abroad. Once the paper was ready, the rest was great. Cost of postage fair, and very quick delivery, transparent tracking. Parcel Monkey UK, thank you for excellent service

I shipped 3 boxes from the UK to Dubai via Parcel Monkey they used a thrid party service (Parcel force) and another when reaching the destination country. This was supposed to be a weeks plus, end to end service and ended up being just short of a month. We had issues with the delivery service in Dubai holding our items for an additional 2 weeks after arriving. When boxes arrived they where unrecognisable when they had fragile tape over all boxes and we knew what was in them was mostly broken. When opening them all majority of the items where broken, scratched, cracked or dented (I wish Trust Pilot could upload images). Unacceptable service due to timing but if you want your personal belongings damaged indefinitely use them.

Excellent service from start to finish, parcel monkey site so easy to use and arrange parcel collection, parcel was collected by Parcelforce and delivered to Amazon with no issues. Refund was processed by Amazon as soon as parcel monkey processed the parcel via their system. Would definitely use again, really reasonable rates for parcels, £22 for 30kg. Great overall service.

Randomly charged me an extra £76 for a parcel being the wrong dimension apparently, news to us, bizarre!!! Not only do I think this is a mistake, even if the parcel was over the dimension, it wouldnt cost an extra £76. When I took it to the post office they only wanted £41 total.. These guys have had £21 plus stolen another £76! Im currently in dispute about this, be very very wary of using this company!

I paid for an international service and filled out the requsted forms. The parcel is now stuck at the country entry customs saying the customs forms are wrong. Parcel Monkey send a very blunt message for me to log in and change the customs documents ?? Very unhelpful and my £100 value parcel is still stuck at customs. Terrible service

I went to my local post office to have it weighed and measured on their form, so that it cannot be disputed when I used you rservice, but I have now been charged a considerable amount as you have claimed the dimensions are more. Please review this decision.

Using Parcel Monkey has been by far one of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had. I used them to send a high value electric item (£1,000) to a shop for servicing. The company used to deliver was DPD. The item was delivered to a completely different address than the one I specified and the photographic proof of delivery clearly showed a residential address. I was made to jump through multiple hoops to get to an unsatisfactory resolution. They initially argued with me that the item was successfully delivered and so I asked for geotag information associated with the delivery photo. I also sent them back a Google Maps street view of the delivery destination that looked nothing like the proof of delivery photo. I then had to get the recipient (the electrical store) to sign a non receipt disclosure form whilst Parcel Monkey investigated. I paid for insurance on the item for up to £500 to cover myself for damage in transit etc. I went back and forth with Parcel Monkey for over a month. They are very slow at replying and keeping you up to date with information. DPD refused to talk to me even though they were the courier that lost the item. After 6 weeks of back and forth they offered me £500 compensation which is what I covered the item for with insurance. I felt this was extremely unfair as it was established that the courier completely disregarded my delivery instructions and delivered to a wrong address and when they went back to where they delivered it, they were unable to recover. Even if I didnt have insurance, this is a clear case of error from the courier. Im now £500 out of pocket and DPD do not help at all. Its worth noting that the only means of contact via Parcel Monkey is the account login section. If looking to send high value items I would completely avoid Parcel Monkey. Dont just take my word for it, have a look at their 1-star Trust Pilot reviews. I would go directly with a delivery company so that they have to deal with any issues and have better means of contact. I never normally take the time to leave reviews but this whole ordeal was so bad that I would get comfort in knowing that this may potentially save someone else from falling victim to a similar experience that Ive had with Parcel Monkey

1. The parcel arrived later than planned. 2. The recipient was forced to pay an extra 15 euros to be handed what was supposed to be a gift... Hugely embarrassing. In total 30 euros to send a small parcel from the UK to France.

Recently booked through Parcel Monkey and had issue with delivery. Item sent was not accepted and returned. But as Parcel Monkey dont put the buyers return address on the label - it ends up back with them and not you. And as a result want to charge £7.50 admin and new postal charge. Think twice before booking and change the return address on your label or you will get stiffed

I leave a small note on my outside porch door asking for parcel delivery to be placed iside the porch. Evri delivery did leave my parcel inside the porch but then LEFT the door wide open for all to see and let in the rain etc .

For two days in a row the courier couldnt collect the parcel. After the first failure I have contacted customer service, they ve told me it was going to be collected on the next working day. After the 2 failure Ive requested to switch to a drop off option, Ive requested to be contacted by phone, but nobody got in touch. On the 3rd day Ive checked the tracking and found out that the parcel was finally collected. I have to say that the courier service is very poor and communication from customer service also poor. Such delays have caused distress to me and the person how had to send me the parcel. Now we are on the 5th working day since i have paid for the collection service and according to the tracking, the parcel has not made any progress. So far i am very disappointed.

The parcel was collected a day late. A few days afterwards, my Paypal account was debited with a charge of £3.00 over and above the agreed fee. I discovered this was a regular payment that had been set up by Parcel Monkey. I suspect this was done during the buying process, but I was not aware of it and had no wish to enter into such an agreement. This has been cancelled and Paypal has contacted Parcel Monkey for a refund of the £3.00 already taken.

Lost my parcel, paid for a three day delivery, two weeks later and their only response is “Well contact you once we have an update” Emily at PM emily_at_rs3lke.on.crisp.email is rude and arrogant and apparently, as a customer, my concerns for my parcel and my items is really an irritation for her/them. Steer way clear, monkey see monkey do!
