What next-day parcel delivery services
do you offer?
By 7:30am, 9am, 10:30am, 12 noon or 6pm

We offer three levels of next day courier delivery service levels including City Link Express. You can choose next day before 6pm, next day before 9am and a next day Saturday delivery service before 12 noon.

It is important to think about the urgency of your parcel or packet delivery as well as how likely you can guarantee that the recipient will be able to sign for the delivery.

Next Day Parcel Delivery For your Convenience

The three levels of service have different prices so after you have submitted your requirements to the quote form check the prices and levels of service and choose the most appropriate.

Do you offer same day collection?

Via City Link we can offer a same day courier collection for next day delivery by 6pm if your order is made by 10:30am Monday to Friday, otherwise the earliest we could arrange collection would be for the following working day. At the moment we don't offer a service for a Saturday or Sunday collection.

£20 or £75 of Free Insurance

If you book next day parcel delivery with either City Link or Nightfreight you will get £20 of free carriage guarantee, however, if you choose the Parcelforce next day service we'll increase this to £75 for free.

The full list of next day courier services we offer are:

Parcelforce 24 - which allows for immediate tracking to UK destinations in Zones 1 and 3, proof of delivery, individual parcels up 30kg.
City Link by 9am.
City Link by 12noon
City Link by 1pm on a Saturday.
You must pack/cover your items adequately to avoid damage during transit.

How Much Is Next Day Delivery?

For same day collection and next day delivery the price is £6.50+vat. If you would like a next day courier service via Parcelforce 24 the price is from £11.99+vat. For Next day delivery by 9am the charge would be from £19.25+vat, whilst it is £9.95 for a morning delivery with City Link and if you did want to book a £8.50 parcel delivery on a Saturday that price would be from £8.50 with our special offer (subject to change).

How Do I Book?

Simply get a quote as usual.

Notes

Next day service is to UK mainland only, in non-remote locations.
Next day service is next working day (Monday-Friday) excluding public holidays.
For services with a money back guarantee, if your parcel isn't delivered the day after it's collected, we'll give you the shipment cost back (excluding VAT and insurance cost).
For same day collections, payment must be made in full before 10.40am to qualify for a partial refund if the service is not fulfilled.
