How does it work and what are the restrictions?
1. You can book this service online and will need to print shipping labels.
2. You can send items which have a maximum weight of 10kg.
3. Your items must fit into a jiffy or mailing bag no larger than 50x40cm (eg. CDs, DVDs, books etc).
4. You can send to multiple destinations.
The bag used must be a purpose-made mailing bag, you cannot use any other type of bag whatsoever.

How do I book?
Simply get a quote as usual but select the City Link Bag service - it will be displayed as an option if your item is under 10kg and fits into a bag no larger than 50x40cm (eg. CDs, DVDs, books etc).
Do you provide a bag to put the item in?
No. This is a service designed for businesses, as such you need to buy mailing bags or Jiffy bags. These can be bought from any good stationer.
You must use a purpose made mailing bag or jiffy bag, you cannot use a regular plastic bag.
