Prices start from £7.45 for items collected and sent within the UK mainland and vary for remote areas.

How does it work and what are the restriction

You can book this service online and will need to print shipping labels.
You can send items which have a maximum weight of 10kg.
Your items must fit into a jiffy or mailing bag no larger than 50x40cm (eg. CDs, DVDs, books etc).
You can send to multiple destinations.

The bag used must be a purpose-made mailing bag, you cannot use any other type of bag whatsoever.

How do I book?

Simply get a quote as usual but select the City Link Bag service - it will be displayed as an option if your item is under 10kg and fits into a bag no larger than 50x40cm (eg. CDs, DVDs, books etc).

Do you provide a bag to put the item in?

No. This is a service designed for businesses, as such you need to buy mailing bags or Jiffy bags. These can be bought from any good stationer.

You must use a purpose made mailing bag or jiffy bag, you cannot use a regular plastic bag.
