THE MOST ATTROCIOUS SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!! I booked a collection 2 weeks ago from an address in Cornwall for a small but important parcel for delivery to my home address. The parcel was never collected and has been rebooked by PM 4 times, each time with a guarantee and each time a new label had to be printed and emailed to the collectiion address, luckily the people there have been very patient. Spending hours on live chat without any explanation, apology or concern from the advisers there. Today I have cancelled PM and booked very straightforwardly via Parcel Force (and where this driver will also take his own labels!!). I would NEVER use PM again and would warn prospective customers to do the same. To add insult to injury - my refund could take up to 5 days - but on past experience with them who knows it could take weeks !!! If I could give a zero rating I would have!

Everything was great, except the fact that when they got at the destination, someone notified me that there was noone there to receive the items (which was impossible as I knew my brothe was there, waiting).
Meanwhile, my brother had (already) texted me that he had in fact received the parcels. I was worried for a while, but since my brother said it was ok, then it was ok. Apparently, someone pushed/ticked the wrong choice on their device. It may happen and its not the end of the world, but it needs a bit of attention, because someone else might have freaked out.
Anyway, great service overall, will use again.

Be careful its a trap with low costs. I was sending numerous parcels with them, measured it well and was still getting massive surcharges for oversized packages. When i tried to claim them saying that this is impossible, they ignored it and in the end put my account on hold saying that i have to pay all the surcharges.

I am very pleased that my parcel was delivered safely by Evri within the 3day schedule.I was rather perturbed though that After Delivery,My bank account was debited by a further £2,89!
I was puzzled by this? Then I got an email from Parcel Monkey to say that the £2.89 was excess charge levied by Evri for either extra weight or extra size of my parcel than what I stated!
I measured the parcel carefully & submitted all the measurements asked for.I also weighed it,albeit on my bathroom scales.This weight was submitted in all good faith as being 1kg.
Anyway in future I will Treble check All of these factors before committing to order.
I was happy with the 3rd day tracking information though & I could inform the recipient which 2 hour time frame they would receive it,so thankyou for that.

Got a notice that they tried to deliver but no one was at home, even though I was home all day and the door bell never rang, so I think they rang the wrong flat number. I had to rearrange a redelivery but only using the online or automated service therefore the same problem could occur again. Its extremely frustrating not being able to speak with someone to ensure the same mistake doesnt repeat itself. Its a waste of my time because I stayed home for them. It would be great if they tried calling the number provided instead of lazily reporting no one at home

All good, I posted the parcel in the UK and it arrived at the correct destination in Canada. I was able to follow the parcels progress through out its journey.

Great service!
I was looking for a best option to send a large package, and found Parcel Monkey website. It has provided the best price for the delivery. It was easy to register and to arrange the shipment. The delivery then was completed successfully.

Thrilled with the price, the parcel was picked up as promised, tracking was excellent, but now the parcel seems to have got stuck!
It appears ready to leave UK, but it’s been ready for three days! We’ll see!!

I do feel compelled to leave a review as some of the reviews I have read online are horrendous, however my experience has been pretty good all in all. If you are not in a hurry to receive items and if you are on a budget, Parcel Monkey is definitely a good option. I did eventually receive all my items. The last parcel took just over a week to arrive instead of the 3 working days, not a massive issue for me. I sent 14 parcels in total in 2 shipments, via ParcelForce, from the UK to France, all personal items, no gifts or new items. A couple of parcels only were damaged but I think its my fault for packing the items improperly or it could be Parcelforces fault. The only annoying thing is you cant book a collection slot. You can end up waiting all day for the driver. But other transporters that offered collection slots were much more expensive. Also I ended up paying quite a bit of custom fees even though everything was used items, if you ship internationally, consider adding you own paperwork, I also used sendmybag for a couple of suitcases and did not have to pay any extra fees. Still once again it works out cheaper than sendmybag even after custom fees.

To say that they act as the agent. Appalling. Did nothing to help me. The delivery address was incorrect and asked them to let evri know the correct one buy were unhelpful and had to rebook royal mail and pay again. Wont use parcelmonkey or recommend ever again
