There can be many different reasons why a parcel hasn't been collected when it should have; in the winter their could be adverse weather, network issues, incomplete addresses, and errors on either our or our partners' behalf. If any thing does go wrong and a collection hasn't been made, we're very sorry, but we do have a quick way to resolve the issue.
We now have a very short form for those logged in, it can be found here. To re-arrange your delivery you will need your Parcel Monkey reference number (starting with PM_) the postcode the parcel is going to and the date that you'd like to have it collected.
It should be that easy. You'll get email confirmations and address labels if appropriate. And then you're all set.
