Adverse weather updateThe recent weather conditions in the UK continue to cause widespread disruption to all courier services throughout the UK. Many areas are still covered in snow and where it has now cleared, there is a backlog of parcels that could not previously be processed. Our partner carriers City Link, Parcelforce and DHL are all working round the clock to clear the backlog and get all services running on time again as quickly as possible. In the meantime, we thank you for your continued patience and have the following advice for customers currently affected by the delays, or considering booking a collection: My parcel has not been collected as scheduledIf you are in an area still affected by the bad weather, this is likely to be the reason your parcel has not been collected on time. If the weather has cleared near you, your collection should be fulfilled as soon as possible. If the collection is more than two days late, please contact our customer service team who will rebook the collection or offer you a refund. My parcel has been collected, but is not yet deliveredEvery parcel travels through a network of depots and hubs to reach it's final destination. It's possible that at some point along it's journey there is a backlog of consignments waiting to be fulfilled. We apologise for the delay, but ask for your continued patience. We want to reassure all customers that every parcel will be delivered as soon as possible. I've not booked yet - if I go ahead, will my parcel be delivered on time? The majority of parcels are still being collected and delivered on time. However, we cannot guarantee that your item won't be affected by the disruptions so please be mindful of this before booking. You should consider booking your collections earlier than you might usually and advise the recipient that there is a chance of a delay if you do choose to go ahead and book.
